Sang Darka (Persian: سنگ درکا, also Romanized as Sang Darkā, also known as Sang Dargah) is a mountainous village in Bala Khiyaban-e Litkuh Rural District of Amol County, Mazandaran Province, Iran.
It is famous for its waterfall which is inside the Hyrcanian forests. Sang Darka village and waterfall are in the forested northern slopes of the Alborz mountains. Its weather is hot and humid in summer and cool in winter, during which the waterfall may freeze.[1]
Demographics
[edit]People of the village speak Mazanderani and Persian languages and are Shia Muslim.[2]

Sang Darka used to be a Malaria hotspot due to its temperate climate.[2]
Sang Darka village has had no healthcare or education facilities, except for hammam.[6] Its only agricultural activity is Animal husbandry, with dairy and honey products.[2]
At the 2016 census, its population was only 9 people, in 5 households.[9]
