Bala Hashtal (Persian: بالاهشتل, also Romanized as Bālā Hashtal; also known as Hashtal, lit. 'Upper Hashtal')[1] is a village in Dabuy-ye Jonubi Rural District, Dabudasht District, Amol County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 529, in 179 families.[2] up from 472 people in 2006.[3]
