Viktor Mikhailovich Shustikov (Russian: Виктор Михайлович Шустиков; 28 January 1939 – October 2025) was a Russian footballer. He played as a defender. He was the father of Sergei Shustikov and the grandfather of Sergei Shustikov Jr. He played for the Soviet Union national football team eight times from 1963 to 1964.
Shustikov died on 23 October 2025 at the age of 86.[1]
