Hello Viswajithvasu. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being employed (or being compensated in any way) by a person, group, company or organization to promote their interests. Paid advocacy on Wikipedia must be disclosed even if you have not specifically been asked to edit Wikipedia. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Viswajithvasu. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Viswajithvasu|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. DoubleGrazing (talk) 07:11, 12 November 2025 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Pattaathil Dhanya Menon
[edit]
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Pattaathil Dhanya Menon, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Welcome!
[edit]Hello, Viswajithvasu, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.
I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.
To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, which will be reviewed by other editors. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.
One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)
In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

Jimfbleak - talk to me? 09:54, 9 November 2025 (UTC)
- Hello Jimfbleak,
- Thank you for notifying me. I would like to disclose that Pattaathil Dhanya Menon is my boss and I am working at her company, so I recognize there is a conflict of interest in my editing this article.
- I understand the concerns about the article's tone, and I am willing to rewrite it to ensure it meets Wikipedia's neutrality and notability guidelines, using independent and reliable sources. If possible, I would appreciate the opportunity to improve the article in my user space instead of immediate deletion.

This help request has been answered. If you need more help, you can , contact the responding user(s) directly on their user talk page, or consider visiting the Teahouse. - Additionally, I would be grateful if you could give me advice or suggestions for improving the article so that it complies with Wikipedia policies and guidelines.
- Thank you for your guidance and support. Viswajithvasu (talk) 06:15, 12 November 2025 (UTC)
- Hi,
- Firstly, you must make a paid editing disclosure. I will post another message here shortly, with instructions.
- As for writing your draft, you need to demonstrate that this person you're writing about is notable according to the WP:GNG guideline. So far you haven't come even close to doing so.
- You also must ensure that everything you say about her is clearly supported by reliable published sources. In the deleted draft there was far too much unreferenced content. Note: you cannot write things about her early life etc. based on what she tells you to write, the information must come from published sources, or else it cannot go into the draft.
- Finally, you should read WP:BOSS, and show it to your boss as well. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 07:11, 12 November 2025 (UTC)
- To add to DoubleGrazing's advice, the notability guideline are here. also you had no wikilinks, eg Kerala or Thrissur, and used US English spelling instead of Indian English spelling, eg "honored". Even when you have made the mandatory paid editing disclosure, you must present neutral factual content fully referenced to independent verifiable sources Jimfbleak - talk to me? 09:59, 12 November 2025 (UTC)
