Ban all political userboxes?

As the title says. WP:UBCR says that userboxes must not be inflammatory or substantially divisive, which is something a lot of political userboxes are. And before you ask, no, gender identity userboxes are not political. LilianaUwU (talk / contributions) 23:22, 5 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I do not agree. Yes, politics can be divisive, but politics is important. We should do our best that they are not too divisive, but the userboxes should not be banned. Bduke (talk) 23:58, 5 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Userboxes looking weird

Did they do something to how userboxes are formatted? I have a couple of userboxes that don't look good anymore because of this, for examples…

Hello! I recently had my username changed, though I'd like to ask if anyone would help me with changing all appearances of my userboxes on other pages from saying my old username "ILike Leavanny" to my new one "Lucy LostWord". I have a lot of userboxes and quite a good few are on user pages (like my Oreo one). It would take me a while to do this myself, and even though they have redirects, I would prefer if the links to these userboxes on other pages would have my new username and not my old one.

Centered text issues

Sorry for having posted a lot here—
Okay, so to understand, look at these two sample userboxes;

"Centered"


For some reason this text is centered but the text on the other one isn't


Both of these have info-a = center implying they should be centered, but only the one with the long text is. Why is it that shorter strings of text are never centered?
