Vonage is an American telecommunications company. The company is a publicly held business cloud based communications provider. It is headquartered in Holmdel Township, New Jersey. The company was founded in 2001 as a provider of residential telecommunications services based on voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).[3] In July 2022, Ericsson completed its acquisition of Vonage for $6.2 billion.[4][5]
