????
[edit]At this point, you just overlook sources and anything I write, Post Malone is cited as a rapper and the music he makes is cited as rap multiple times, but you just ignore it because it fits your narrative. Totally looking forward to dealing with this in the future. 4TheLuvOfFax (talk) 03:55, 13 February 2025 (UTC)
- Before you even respond, lemme ask this:
- If Post Malone is not a rapper, then why do other pages, like his own call him a rapper? 4TheLuvOfFax (talk) 03:58, 13 February 2025 (UTC)
- In fact, I went through just about every one of his pages and on ALL of them, he's cited as a rapper, so why are you so hellbent on removing it every time I add it for consistency's sake? Please don't respond with "it's unsourced" because the sources are already there. 4TheLuvOfFax (talk) 04:05, 13 February 2025 (UTC)
- @4TheLuvOfFax: I think you're right about this; the problem is multiple editors keep changing Post Malone's occupation from rapper to singer, like editors can't make up their minds here. TheAmazingPeanuts (talk) 04:11, 13 February 2025 (UTC)

- I... wasn't expecting that.
- Thank you. 4TheLuvOfFax (talk) 04:17, 13 February 2025 (UTC)
- @4TheLuvOfFax: You're welcome. Personally, I listen to Post Malone's music a lot, and to me, he does more singing than rapping, so I do understand why people don't consider him as a rapper. TheAmazingPeanuts (talk) 04:22, 13 February 2025 (UTC)
- It's melodic rap.
- You can have rap songs with melody, which is what he does (at least in the earlier part of his career). 4TheLuvOfFax (talk) 04:23, 13 February 2025 (UTC)
- @4TheLuvOfFax: Okay. Hey, I don't mean to go hard at you sometimes; I'm just following the guidelines. TheAmazingPeanuts (talk) 04:34, 13 February 2025 (UTC)
- Duly noted. 4TheLuvOfFax (talk) 04:50, 13 February 2025 (UTC)

I have started an RfC on the guidance of MOS:ALBUM regarding bonus tracks and alternative tracklistings on album articles: Wikipedia talk:WikiProject_Albums/Album article style advice#RfC on alternative tracklistings and bonus tracks on album_articles. As you were involved in a previous discussion that led to the current guidance at MOS:ALBUM, I thought you might be interested in this RfC.--3family6 (Talk to me|See what I have done) 13:45, 3 March 2025 (UTC)
Wheels Fall off by Ty Dolla $ign
[edit]I’m writing to alert you that someone is attempting to remove the Wikipedia page for Wheels Fall Off by Ty Dolla Sign. They are claiming the page is invalid due to Reddit and TikTok sources.
I’m concerned that the page is being targeted unfairly. Could you please review this situation and prevent the page from being removed while I update and improve the sourcing to fully comply with Wikipedia guidelines?
Thank you for your attention. TheOmgNoway6494 (talk) 22:54, 20 October 2025 (UTC)
- @TheOmgNoway6494:
- Fourth time I'm telling you and you already have several warnings on your talk page for the same thing
- You can't use social media posts made by just any user as a source. This is an encyclopedia. Read the rules.

- @TheOmgNoway6494:
- You started an WP:EDITWAR (I told you 4 times not to do it) and have just been warned on your talk page. User talk:TheOmgNoway6494#October_2025 ItsMario97 (talk) 23:05, 20 October 2025 (UTC)
- All your arguments when you started your edit war (even though I told you 4 times not to do it) were:
- "Not an edit war, you are making an unvalid statement on why you are removing content that I CREATED WITH MY OWN TIME."[1]
- "Not a valid reason, and you arent a mod"[2] ItsMario97 (talk) 23:09, 20 October 2025 (UTC)
- I'm not trying to communicate with you, I'm talking with the moderator I have messaged. TheOmgNoway6494 (talk) 00:15, 21 October 2025 (UTC)
- Firstly, Wikipedia doesn't have mods/moderators, we have administrators. Second, TheAmazingPeanuts isn't an administrator. Third, administrators handle conduct, not content. 45dogs (they/them) (talk page) 00:21, 21 October 2025 (UTC)
- As for the content in question; Reddit, Genius and TikTok are all examples of user generated content. Albums need to meet either the general notability guideline or the music album notability guidlines. User generated content is largely unacceptable as sources, and do not contribute to GNG. As such, the article in its current form fails GNG and would likely be deleted if notability wasn't shown through other independent, reliable sources with significant coverage of the subject in question. 45dogs (they/them) (talk page) 00:30, 21 October 2025 (UTC)
