This is a template to show a bug that exists in MobileFrontend/DiscussionTools (either of them) with showing mobile sections that have headings that are marked with <h2>...</h2>. It is not present on headings marked with == ==. This bug will need to be fixed for future version of Russian welcome template to work properly.
