Changes on Cuauhtémoc–Brooklyn Bridge collision

Hi

I noticed your changes on the page, thought I should point out that it would probably be better to have them in the XX:XX format with a "[sic]" than change those times into years --- which is why I wrote them as times. Having them as 2020 and 2022, is going to be confusing for people, as that is the normal way for years to be written rather than times of the day. I cannot think of anyhwere else I have seen them in that format. Also, bear in mind that "Consider paraphrasing quotations into plain and concise text when appropriate" is also written there. You can paraphrase or you can quote, not both at the same time. The source uses military time. If you're worried about the quote being confusing, then link(s) to military time should solve that. Or add something helpful in square brackets to make clear it is not part of the quote. Or a footnote.

I simply converted military to plain 24hr format by adding the colon. If you do not wish to discuss your edits on your talk page, which is to "discuss the edits of a user" WP:OWNTALK, fine, but it is not a requisite to discuss edits to a page on said page's talk page.
