Did you know's hook image rule

Hi, thank you for writing lot of science related pages. I was reading some of them and I thought it might be good idea if you divide your pages into sections instead of writing it as an essay. Thank you for that. Have read the stuff I left on the administrators talk page. I think that's what it's called? Anyways I would figure things out. I truly love simple wikipedia and have disliked the fact that even there is over 200K articles, most of them are on popular culture and the ones on anything about the world from astronomy to ecology to law to medicine to maths are all barely longer than a phone screen. Hmm that's interesting though I am interested in hearing your thoughts on the shortness of lots of wikipedia articles. So many are barely longer than a phone screen. No wonder the main wikipedia doesn't think much of us. I explained this further in the administrators page. You can give short answers. I don't want to waste your time. @Cracktastic Science I think that a short article is better than a long article that is confusing. Simple articles are better. Better to make an article that simply describes things, and then if the person is interested enough in the topic they will go to regular english wikipedia and push through the article to understand. Yes, I agree but have you seen simple wikipedia articles. There is a difference between an article being short by explaining everything in fewer words and an article not containing important information. To illustrate this, look at this from simple wikipedia Observable universe vs this Observable universe from the main wikipedia. Simple wikipedia might have less but only because there is so much left unexplained or unsaid. Look at something as simple as doughnut. If you want to truly see how bad it is, then start from Astronomy and click on any link and keep doing that and you would see how many articles are hopelessly short. Hopefully this came out as nice since I am just stating stuff. It is not just okay for us to look at article numbers. We keep celebrating that when within the articles there isn't much going on.
