Adding references
[edit]I noticed that you made an edit to the Koch Industries article, but didn't include a reference for your addition. When you add references, please make sure that they are in the form of properly-formatted inline citations. If you aren’t sure how to do this, please revisit the section of the training module beginning on this page. Thanks. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 12:47, 9 May 2018 (UTC)

- Hi L! Thank you for the warm welcome, and thanks for fixing up my work on The Shared Space. I definitely did not see the book notability guidelines beforehand, so that was great of you to bring it up to spec. It was a nice surprise to see the article already online this morning. -C Cgoecknerwald (talk) 13:06, 16 September 2025 (UTC)
- Happy to help! Wikipedia has a million things to potentially learn so you did the right thing by WP:BOLDly starting the article. Incidentally, it looks like For a New Geography would pass the book notability criteria too, if you're looking for more things to work on.... :) ~ L 🌸 (talk) 19:49, 18 September 2025 (UTC)
- Oh, a random thought -- I notice you did a WikiEd class in 2018; since the class is over, you can remove that editing notice from your talk page and userpage. You've definitely "graduated" to being an independent editor now, so other editors are not likely to need that heads-up about how you got here. Folks usually remove them as soon as the class it over. ~ L 🌸 (talk) 20:45, 18 September 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks for the suggestion for my next article! I am hoping to contribute more once I've gotten through midterms. As for the WikiEd class, I think I left it up in part because I wasn't sure about how I could further engage on Wikipedia. But you are right that it is high time for a bit of housekeeping. Thanks again for the warm welcome! qlr (talk) 16:49, 7 October 2025 (UTC)
