Draft moved: Little Syria

[edit]

Information icon Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. This is just a note to let you know that I've moved the draft that you were working on to Draft:Little Syria (film). This has been done because the Draft namespace is the preferred location for Articles for Creation submissions. Please feel free to continue to work on it there. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to ask me on my talk page. Thank you. Bobby Cohn (talk) 18:46, 14 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Thank youso much! Doesn't seem that intimidating, but still a lot to learn, I see your edits... Thanks again! Brutus65 (talk) 18:54, 14 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Your submission at Articles for creation: Little Syria (film) (April 14)

[edit]
Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Bobby Cohn was:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of films). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

Go Short moved to draftspace

[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to Go Short. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. TornadoLGS (talk) 19:34, 16 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

To add a little more context, the article only cited a single primary source, namely the festival's own website. To establish notability, it would need references to multiple independent, secondary sources. See also the general notability guidelines for a summary.
