The reason left by DoubleGrazing was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Resubmitted without any improvement, again. From that, and the number of previous declines, I can only conclude that better sources are not available and the subject is therefore not notable enough to warrant inclusion. To avoid further reviewer effort being expended on this draft, I am now rejecting rather than merely declining this.
