ANSOC (abbreviation for A Normal Scratch Object Camp) is an American-Irish object camp created by the Scratch user CyborgsCM. It’s signups were released on 30 August 2025 and episode 1a released on 3 September 2025.

Characters

Hosts

Scratch Cat Speaker Box is the host, who represents Announcer from BFDI, but is the color Orange and appears with cat ears. He is with Evil Leafy as of “IRL”
Scratch Catty Speaker Box is the co-host, who was introduced in “Not Even Close”. She looks like Scratch Cat Speaker Box, but she is Magenta and has a pink bow tie on her forehead. She is with Evil Leafy as of “The Real Plan”
Alien is a alien and host of the object camp “UOCFS” by Radovisor. He became the host in “IRL” due to SCSB being kidnapped by Evil Leafy. He is currently in real life with gevsfsgf as of “IRL”, which they are confirmed to be fighting in ANSOC 4b.

Contestants

Normal Square (played by FishyBoiAgain, sometimes referred to as Random Square by accident) is a white square with ink on him. He is also the first contestant to join the show
Croz (played by enderthecoolfox) is a yellow circle with a jester hat. He likes exploding snails and is very destructive. In his signup, he is shown to have limbs and a face similar to an Algebrailen in BFDI, but in the camp, he is shown to be like the other contestants
Sleepy (played by ceejay_10) is a blue nightcap. He is also the first contestant eliminated, and was possessed by Evil Leafy in “ZAP, Connected”, however it is unknown if he still is or not
Random Tool (played by KoalaBearIsAwesome) is a logo of the Roblox game “Random Tool”. He can transform into Pac-Man, be a flying gorilla, and spawn a thwomp or metal pipe
Ice Ball (played by PersonInAJarOfPickle) is a ice ball who was the star of his own short called “Egg”. He is also the only contestant to have not been shown in “Magic Capacity”
Doorstoppy (played by lasercat87) is a doorstopper who has a slight dislike of Sleepy, since he rarely is awake and too friendly
Tray (played by -xochiuas-) is a tray who is friends with Normal Square. She also likes doors
Shrimp (played by -defnotkod-) is a shrimp with a bandage on them. They are the first one to interact with Gevsfsgf
Punching Bag (played by Wendgo_LobsterLover) is a punching bag who owns a golf cart. She used it to kill Gevsfsgf.

Villains

Gevsfsgf is a troll sometimes called an ogre. He looks like Wally Trollman from Wallykazam. In fact, he is based off a Wallykazam fan on Scratch called “Gevsfsgf”
- Insane Ogre is the alter ego of Gevsfsgf. He replaced Gevsfsgf since “ZAP, Connected”, and makes a cameo appearance in “Space Mission 2763”, has a major role in “The Real Plan” and in “IRL”
Evil Leafy is a red leaf with an ugly face. She originates from BFDI. She possesses Sleepy in “ZAP, Connected”, making him a evil person
- Evil Sleepy is the alter ego of Sleepy who appears whenever Sleepy is possessed by Evil Leafy. However, it is unknown if Sleepy is still possessed or not.

Egg is a egg with limbs who almost turned Ice Ball into one. He only appears in the short “Egg”, and it is unknown if he will ever appear again
Square is a violet square and contestant in the object camp “UOCFS” by Radovisor. He is also CyborgsCM’s OC
Spikey is a red spike and contestant in the object camp “UOCFS” by Radovisor
Oriz is a yellow O and contestant in the object camp “UOCFS” by Radovisor

Christmas Scratch Cat is a red, white, and green cat who is a recolor of the Scratch mascot Scratch Cat. Just like Phone, while not being physically shown, they made cameos in “The Real Plan” and “IRL”.

Season 2 (TBA)

Season 2 was confirmed on the comment section of the project by CyborgsCM “soon”. However, the camp got cancelled, which means there is a low chance of Season 2 happening.

ANSOC Extras

ANSOC Extras is a series of ANSOC episodes that are not challenge or voting episodes. Currently, only one episode has been released.

Cancellation

On 26 October 2025, the camp was announced cancelled in episode 4b. This is due to the creator thinking that his viewers only cared about ANSOC. More information is on this project. [1]
