Total Panic is an American television variety show that originally aired on Nickelodeon from April 1, 1989 to September 30, 1990, behind the series Rated K: For Kids by Kids. The show blended games, music videos, celebrity interviews, and comedy skits, and encouraged active participation from young audience members, often involving trivia and physical challenges reminiscent of Double Dare.
