Timothy Simon Roth (/rɒθ/; lahir 14 Mei 1961) adalah seorang aktor Inggris. Ia termasuk dalam kelompok aktor Inggris terkemuka yang dikenal sebagai "Brit Pack". Setelah menarik perhatian dalam produksi televisi Made in Britain (1982) dan Meantime (1983), Roth dinominasikan untuk BAFTA Award untuk Pendatang Baru Paling Menjanjikan dalam debut film teatrikalnya The Hit (1984).
