remove (Comparison by language)
[edit]Template would be improved if "(Comparison by language)" was removed - it isn't of primary relevance to most target articles. I will WP:BOLD and move it to the table body, but feel free to discuss. Caleb Stanford (talk) 05:17, 1 January 2026 (UTC)
- I put all the comparisons and lists in one place, as that seems better than sticking them into table headers. But, there is definitely overlap with Template:Programming languages, this also links to comparisons and lists. TBH I am not sure they are relevant to this template, a list/comparison of programming languages, even annotated, is not directly related to programming paradigms. To recap from programming paradigm: "A programming paradigm is a relatively high-level way to conceptualize and structure the implementation of a computer program. A programming language can be classified as supporting one or many paradigms." When we are talking about programming paradigms, we have already moved on from specific languages. - It looks much better now! Thanks for the edits. Agreed it could possibly be omitted entirely. Caleb Stanford (talk) 00:52, 2 January 2026 (UTC)
