As the title already said, am I not sure if this sentence belongs into the head section:
"Practitioners and instructors of the technique are found all over the globe.[5]"
In my opinion, this should either be deleted or moved to a separate section dealing with the distribution. If moved to a separate section an actual number of instructors should be state.
