How is it used by firefox?

Sorry to write as anonymous, but I can't recall my password and wikipedia seems to have an old email or something. Anyway, if I understand correctly what I read here: http://groups.google.com/group/skia-discuss/browse_thread/thread/e8390a2b6d994130

etymology?

"Partially implemented back-ends [...] are also available for OpenGL ES, OpenVG, SVG, and Adobe SWF (Flash)." This is also very out of date. Skia has four main backends: CPU Raster; GPU Raster (OpenGL, OpenGLES, Vulkan, Metal); PDF Document; and Picture (custom display list data structure). Skia also has experimental XPS and SVG backends.
