Hyphen per MoS. Per WP:CAPS and WP:TITLE, this is a generic, common term, not a propriety or commercial term, so the article title should be downcased. In addition, WP:MOS says that a compound item should not be upper-cased just because it is abbreviated with caps. Lowercase will match the formatting of related article titles. Swedish translation is off

This translation is pretty questionable. The Swedish word "flytande" does technically mean floating, but also has meanings such as flowing and fluid. In Swedish these are all the same word, but translating it to the specific meaning of "floating" (with an emphasis of its buoyancy) in English is pretty strange, and flyta is a false friend to float.
