Does the bit about Kevin McReynolds and Carmelo Martinez being called the "M&M boys" really belong here? And didn't Roger Maris and Mickey Mantle have the same nickname? I figure if McReynolds and Martinez are notable for this, then Maris and Mantle definitely are. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.197.19.242 (talk • contribs) 20:52, 7 June 2007
There should be a list of lentil candies, and m&m can be on it in the section of the chocolate lentil candies. Also there should be a statement added at the top of this article saying that it's a type of chocolate lentil candy. Erblanchard57 (talk) 00:10, 10 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
No verifiable U.S. patent number corresponds to any patent awarded to Forrest Mars for M&Ms. Anyone claiming the contrary can search uspto.gov -- and the web.mit.edu site in the footnote claims he patented it, but does not list a patent number. RECOMMENDATION: either find the patent number and cite the uspto.gov URL with the patent, or remove the claim that it was patented. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Geschwindic (talk • contribs) 17:02, 10 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]
