Baby Farm

Proposal to change Netflix Original redirect to disambiguation page

Hi all, I'd like to propose changing the current redirect from Netflix Original, which points to List of Netflix original programming, into a disambiguation page. The term "Netflix Original" is used by Netflix in two distinct ways: 1. Produced or co-produced content. This includes series and films that Netflix has commissioned or co-produced, typically listed at List of Netflix original programming. 2. Exclusively distributed content. Netflix also brands content as "Netflix Original" when it holds exclusive international distribution rights, even if it did not (co-)produce the material. These titles are cataloged at Lists of Netflix exclusive international distribution programming. This dual usage can be confusing for readers who expect the term to refer only to Netflix-produced content. A disambiguation page would clarify the distinction and guide readers to the appropriate list based on context. Here's a draft of what the disambiguation page could look like:
