I plan to add information about the history of the classification system, amend some of the language in the table to be more specific, and add some pictures as examples of different injuries described by the classification system. Biblioepistemis (talk) 01:35, 9 March 2025 (UTC)

Biblioepistemis made some very large and impactful edits to the Lauge-Hansen classification article. The user not only expanded the classification section by adding pictures but also step-wise elements of the mechanism and nature of each type of fracture. The addition of the images provides a very helpful visual for the reader to understand the mechanism behind each type of fracture. The images were also appropriately captioned. The step-wise elements behind each fracture type provides an in depth text explanation of how these fractures happen. The text is concise in the sense that it includes all relevant anatomy and provides hyperlinks to articles discussing these structures in greater detail, which only increases the readability of this article.
The user also created a history section under the article which goes in depth about how this classification system came about. This section created a very linear narrative on the history behind the system and was easy to read. The language used throughout this section was neutral in nature, written with as much layman terminology as possible, and appropriately cited throughout. I believe this section adds insight to the importance of the classification system as it relates to the current practice of orthopedics.
Lastly, the lead sentence in the article is short and concise, and exactly explains the thereafter contents of the article. All citations used within the article were placed appropriately throughout the text and in the reference section, and were easily accessible.
Given the new edits made by Biblioepistemis, I believe this article could be of great use to the future readers interested in this topic, and is understandable by both readers inside and outside the field of orthopedics. With the edits made by the used, I believe this article can transition from a Stub-class article to a C-class article. Biblioepistemis (talk) 18:50, 25 March 2025 (UTC)
