Major rework
[edit]Hi,
This needs to be majorly reworked, as it is more of a list of benifits about this type of management versus an informational article Mangoflies (talk) 18:14, 9 November 2024 (UTC)
- I fully agree. Especially the section on Google — it feels like an essay promoting Google's style rather than a case-study. GaffTape (talk) 18:33, 17 November 2024 (UTC)
History
[edit]The history section requires major changes. I do not know about management, however the article reads like a list of benefits in a very conclussive way, doesn't show a clear history for it, for example:
- No clear origin for high commitment management in its historical context.
- Only mentions few sources of study.
- Research timeline only follows from 1920s to 1970s.
- Only mentions dates generally.

- Fully agree, the first part doesn't show enough history in my opinion. HiddenLocksmith (talk) 16:56, 22 January 2025 (UTC)
