Misinformation

Is the description of the section "See also" correct?

Is the description (see the below quoted sentence) of the section "See also" correct? It is correct for elementary matrices of Row-addition transformation, but it seems incorrect for other two type elementary matrices (Row switching and row multiplication). Should I correct this sentence?
