I am considering submitting my research article “Response Surface Optimization of High Fiber Muffins Fortified with Flaxseed and Oat Flour” in your peer-reviewed Journal and would like to confirm details regarding publication charges. Specifically, I would appreciate clarification on: Article Processing Charges (APC) – Is there any fee for publication, and if so, what is the cost?
