Fish hook removal
[edit]The only statement in the article on injuries is currently this figure legend: A hook in a finger. Either surgery or pushing the hook through the finger are the least destructive methods to remove a barbed fishing hook
. These two papers on removal of fishhooks suggests several methods are available of retrograde (reverse-path) removal rather than only the pushing through option.
