Also removed “All decisions have consequences (what happens as a result of your decision). It is wise to consider the consequences of one's decision before making it.”
This is NPOV in that there are determinists who believe the opposite. The second sentence also sounds a little like a moral remonstration which does not belong in an encyclopedia.
