Let's put this to bed right now.... I was joking around when the original article about Nangiloc was writen, Colignan was not (as far as i know) named after an aboriginal leader... i would be interested to find out where the name came from, however i'm certain it wasn't the crap i originally wrote. Apologies. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.181.205.16 (talk • contribs)
- It would seem that Mr. Jim Gibbs believes that the name came from an aboriginal chief in his article Jim Gibbs Reminiscences on the Colignan / Nangiloc primary school website. http://www.nangilocps.vic.edu.au/GibbsReminiscences.html
- Having checked the date I guess his article it could be that he was referencing the Colignan entry on wikipedia? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pauljkarlsen (talk • contribs)
