Should the Caption have Quotation Marks?

Google's listing of the article have generated description starting with the caption of the logo, which is the website's motto. I worry that it could appear as if Wikipedia is endorsing the site. It is not an issue on the (normal) English Wikipedia, where not only does it have quotation marks, the body text appear as the description.
