Silicon carbide to graphite transition
[edit]This article needs to talk more about the process of the silicon carbide decomposing into crystalline graphite rather than amorphous carbon. The article should also probably explicitly specify that the difference between "carbon" as it is stated in the article and graphite is graphite's crystallinity into this specific form.
