Getting Started

As I was using Wikipedia I saw a little thing that said this article could be improved. I'm new so I figured I would start a talk page to get some help. I'm a mechanical engineering student so I know a little about the topic but I'm not sure how to best contribute. Perhaps things like links to the people who discovered absolute zero and created the systems could be added as well as how it was discovered and upon what mechanism rankine and kelvin are based.
