She-Ra: Princess of Power
She-Ra: Princess of Power is an American animated science fantasy series created by Filmation and Mattel. It is a spin-off of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe and centers around the character She-Ra.
The show ran for two seasons and had 93 episodes. The first five episodes were released as a movie titled The Secret of the Sword. It ran from 1985 to 1987.
Story
[change | change source]The series follows the adventures of Princess Adora, Prince Adam's (He-Man's) twin sister, who leads the Great Rebellion in the fight to free the planet Etheria from the rule of Hordak and his Evil Horde. With her Sword of Protection, Adora can transform into She-Ra, just as Prince Adam can transform into He-Man.
