Russell Mark Fulcher[1] (born March 9, 1962) is an American businessman and politician. He has been a member of the U.S. representative for Idaho's 1st congressional district since 2019. He is a member of the Republican Party. He was a member of the Idaho Senate from 2005 to 2014.
Fulcher ran for governor of Idaho in 2014, unsuccessfully running against then-incumbent Governor Butch Otter in the Republican primary.
