The Qadiri or Qadiriyya tarika or tariqah (Arabic: قَادْرِي) (Way/Path) is one of the major Sufi orders or schools. It was founded by Hazrat Sheikh Abd al-Qadir al-Gillani a Sufi sage and holy man in Baghdad.
