The Prešov Region (Slovak: Prešovský kraj) is one of the eight regions of Slovakia. The capital is Prešov.

The region has 13 districts: Bardejov, Humenné, Kežmarok, Levoča, Medzilaborce, Poprad, Prešov, Sabinov, Snina, Stará Ľubovňa, Stropkov, Svidník and Vranov nad Topľou. There are 666 municipalities in the region.
