A law firm is a business group formed by one or more lawyers for the practice of law. The nature of work of law firms is to advise clients (individuals or corporations) about their legal rights and responsibilities, and to represent clients in civil or criminal cases, business transactions, etc. These situations often need legal advice, analysis or help.[1]
