A Japanese name has a surname (Japanese: 名字) and a given name (Japanese: 名前), there are unusual surnames. Some people have the same first name and same name. Sato (Japanese: 佐藤), is the most famous surname.Suzuki and Tanaka are also common family names in Japan.
