Ime Akpan ⓘ (born 27 April 1972) is a Nigerian track and field athlete, who competed in the women's 100 metres hurdling event during her career. She is a one-time Olympian (1996), and won a gold medal at the 1991 All-Africa Games in Cairo, Egypt.
Akpan was an All-American hurdler for the Arizona State Sun Devils track and field team, finishing runner-up in the 100 metres hurdles at the 1993 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships.[1]
