Gas Engine

From Wikipedia!

Modern gas powered engines are much more powerful than before. Engineers have been able to squeeze more power out of smaller engines than ever before. Because of this, manufacturers don't need to place a big V8 in a car to get it to go fast, they can put in a smaller V6 with even more power than the older V8 therefore making it, lighter, more powerful, and most importantly, FASTER! Just because we are able to get more power from smaller engines than ever before doesnt mean that large engines have gone extinct. Audi has come out with the new 6.3 liter W12 engine which they're putting in a few of their very high end models. This engine puts out a huge 500 hp, and nearly that much torque, while still being able to do 8,000-9,000 rpms. The improvement of engines in the recent years is baffling. I can't imagine what cars are going to be run by in 10 years.

They're gonna run on bagel crumbs and bread crumbs! Noob from2 (talk) 13:42, 4 June 2025 (UTC)
