[edit]This picture is being used in Wikipedia's article for the thrash metal album "Reign in Blood". Although it is subject to copyright, the editors of Wikipedia, among them myself (Michaelas10) in particular, feel that it is covered by US fair use laws because:
- It is a small part of the audio file, with under 30 seconds of it.
- It is used here for purely encyclopedic and informational purposes.
- It does not harm the copyright owner commercially.
Further, we believe this image is important to the article because:
- It contributes significantly to the article by showing one of the album's most well known tracks, which is being discussed inside the article as well.
