Summary
| Description | The flag of Allen County, Indiana was adopted on April 4, 2025. In celebration of Allen County's bicentennial anniversary, the Bicentennial Executive Board of the county held a contest to design a new flag for the county. The contest was held from January through March of 2025. Of the 300 designs received, 20 were chosen by a Flag Council, and the top 10 were examined by a team of 3 graphic designers. 8 flags, some of which combined elements of several top 10 designs, were presented to the public for feedback via an online survey in October, 2025. The winning design was created by Robert Borland, and it had received 41% of the vote. |
