Soy Slices (also soy chunks, soy stems, soy bar) they are cylindrical soy confectionery . Their base is usually sugar, coarse soy flour (or soy flakes), fat, powdered milk and rum flavoring

The Zora factory in Olomouc was the first to start producing soy slices in the late 1950s (which was later bought by a Swiss multinational company Nestlé),Currently, this candy is produced by several manufacturers. Soy slices can also be made at home, from raw materials. There are several flavours of soy slices, for example cranberry or cocoa.
