The AI Incident Database (AIID) is an open-source database that catalogs incidents and accidents involving artificial intelligence systems.[1][2][3] Originally sponsored by the Partnership on AI,[4] it is now independently operated by the Responsible AI Collaborative, a non-profit organization.[5][6]
