Collin Chou (nome en chinés tradicional: 鄒兆龍; chinés simplificado: 邹兆龙; pinyin: Zōu Zhàolóng), nado o 11 de agosto de 1967 en Kaohsiung, é un actor e especialista en artes marciais taiwanés ás veces coñecido como Ngai Sing. O papel que máis recoñecemento lle reportou foi o de "Seraph" nos filmes Matrix Reloaded e Matrix Revolutions, así como no viedeoxogo Enter the Matrix.
