The Battle of Zeeland happened on the Western Front during the early stages of the German assault on France and the Low Countries during World War II. Many Dutch and French soldiers tried to fight the German soldiers by making a defense of the Dutch province of Zeeland. The battle lasted 8 days and the French and Dutch soldiers lost the battle of Zeeland. It happened between May 10, 1940 to May 18, 1940.
