滚动条（英語：scrollbar）是一种電腦程式中的控件，用戶通过操縱滚动条，计算机显示器、視窗或视口內的文本、图片或任何其他内容可以沿上、下、左、右等方向滚动。[1][2]在最早的GUI中，它也被称为句柄（handle）。它们存在于各种电子设备中，包括计算机、图形计算器、移动电话和便携式媒体播放器。用户使用某种直接操作方法与滚动条元素交互，滚动条将该操作转换为滚动命令，用户通过滚动条元素和滚动内容的可视化更新接收反馈。[3]
