VinFast（NASDAQ：VFS）[4]全稱「VinFast生產及經營有限責任公司」（越南語：Công ty trách nhiệm hữu hạn sản xuất và kinh doanh VinFast；漢喃文：公司責任有限產出吧經營 VinFast），華文媒體通稱「温纳快车」[5][6][7][8]、「维纳迅驰」[9]或「维纳驰迅」[10]，是Vingroup集团於2017年開設的汽车制造公司，為越南本地建立的首個私家車品牌（先前僅有本土的商用車品牌），其總部位於海防市的葛海特區[11][12][13]。
VinFast自2021年開始販售電动車[14]，於2022年推動進軍海外，並先後成爲越南本土第一家电动汽车品牌、以及首家向海外市场扩张的越南國產汽车品牌[15][16]。VinFast於2022初時發布計畫，在同年底停止生產燃油車，此後只打造純電動車產品[17]。
名稱
[编辑]該企業行號「VinFast」中的含義按照越南文發音可拆分為：Việt Nam（越南）- Phong cách（风格）- An toàn（安全）- Sáng tạo（创造）- Tiên phong（先锋）[18]。
沿革
[编辑]VinFast于2017年9月开始在越南海防葛海县建设工厂，占地面积335公顷[18]；后于同年购得通用汽车在河内的VIDAMCO工厂[19]。
2018年10月，VinFastVinFast的首兩款汽车在巴黎車展上正式發佈，並於同年12月在越南上市[20] [21][22]。2019年3月21日，VinFast將首批155輛「VinFast Lux」系列车型（含113輛成品車及42輛半成品車）分階段送往歐洲、亞洲、澳洲、非洲和越南等14個國家進行質量測試，並以其優良檢測結果獲得了東盟NCAP的五星評級[23]。2019年6月，VinFast開動量產車型產線，並首度交車予消費者[24]。
2020年第1季度，VinFast的销量排在越南第五位[25]。2020年9月10日，VinFast官方宣布上半年亏损6.6万亿越南盾（2.84亿美元）[26]。
2021年3月，與輝能科技簽署合作備忘錄（MOU），根據協議將被授權使用輝能的MAB（Multi-Axis Bipolar + Technology）固態電池封裝技術生產固態電池組[27][28]。
2021年5月26日，路透报導，汽车制造商VinFast已与摩根大通和德意志银行接触，为其计划在美国上市提供咨询，但消息人士称，由于监管不确定性，这家越南公司可能在美国首次上市面临延迟。VinFast母公司Vingroup JSC (VIC.HM) 副主席Le Thi Thu Thuy告诉路透社：“VinFast正在与摩根大通和德意志银行等顾问合作，共同参与美国上市。”路透社5月早些时候报道称，VinFast的估值约为600亿美元，并已任命瑞士信贷领导这项潜在交易。消息人士称，VinFast的IPO可能筹集至少20亿美元，一位消息人士称，交易定于第二季度进行。两位直接了解此事的消息人士表示，VinFast的首选方案是与SPAC合并以在美国上市。[29]。
2021年7月27日，VinFast的母公司Vingroup宣布由欧宝CEO米夏埃尔·洛舍勒（Michael Lohscheller）担任VinFast Global的CEO[30]，然而洛舍勒在5个月之后辞任[31]。
2021年12月25日，Vinfast交付首批100辆VF e34电动跨界车。VF e34是VinFast的首个电动车型，也是有史以来首个在越南生产和销售的电动车型[32]。
2022年3月29日，VinFast宣布将在美国北卡罗莱纳州的查塔姆县设立首座北美工厂[33]，为当地提供7,500个工作岗位[34]。
2022年5月24日，Vinfast宣布正筹备将总部迁往新加坡，称“新加坡是一个能给投资者更多信心的司法辖区[35]”。新加坡将成为其法律和财务总部，而越南仍作为运营总部。据悉，VinFast的赴美IPO计划将推迟到2023年[36]。
2022年7月6日，VinFast與輝能科技簽署技術合作協議，VinFast全面投入次世代固態電池研發，自2024年起，輝能科技計畫將供貨次世代固態電池電芯給越快，以支持VinFast新型純電車款的發表[37][38]。

爭議
[编辑]2021年5月，一位越南YouTuber在其影片中批评VinFast Lux A2.0性能不佳，轮胎压力传感器、挡风玻璃雨刷、无线手机充电器有所故障，车门吱吱作响，经销商的态度差劣[39]。VinFast公司则报警指控这名YouTuber的影片中“存在不实内容，影响公司声誉[40]”。
