Banned user templates

Hello Stephen"Zap", I saw that you added the {{Banned}} template to three userpages. This is incorrect because these users are blocked, not banned; the banning policy is more restrictive and typically requires either formal consensus or repeated block evasion (see WP:BLOCKBANDIFF).
