Textblock or text block may refer to:

  • The main collection of leaves making up a codex, to which a cover is added during bookbinding. The term "bookblock" includes textblock as well as endpapers.
  • A wooden block carved with text, used to create a block book
  • The body text in a page layout, which may be surrounded by margins, footnotes, and marginalia
